On our way to southern Florida, we stopped in the Tampa Bay area to visit family. We had a great visit with them. Carl and Bonnie treated us to lunch at their golf club.
After lunch, we went for a walk on the Bradenton Riverwalk. It was an enjoyable walk. We saw some manatees and a Great Blue Heron.
After our walk, we headed further south toward the Everglades.
